Shot Blasting Machine
SBBE hanger type shot blasting machines are specially designed chambers of sturdy in steel fabrication and easy for maintenance to highly efficient cleaning of castings in single pass in an economical way. The components are blasted clean using the hanger type shot blasting machines. The components are loaded inside the machine by opening the doors of it and mounting on it, the blast wheel is operated after closing the door. Blast Wheel Stations are present around the cabinet fire cleansers on circling components they are two in number, post to the cleaning, the system is shut down and the components are unloaded.

Features

Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, describes the process of making an object out of wax or some other thermoplastic material. The wax object is coated in layers of refractory slurry or other heat-resistant substances. The object is fired in a furnace, melting the wax and leaving the shell or mold behind. Injection molding involves the use of pressure to inject molten metal into molds.
